Fairfax Public Access Channel 10 had a terrific blow out on May 16, 2009 to celebrate 25 years of broadcasting. Sponsors, donors and supporters all came out.

The annual Video Fairfax reception and awards ceremony took place April 27, 2009 at Luther Jackson Middle School in Fairfax, VA. Special thanks to Mr. Matt Fetters of Red Apple 21 for coming out as Master of Ceremonies.

Alison Starling of WJLA as Mistress of Ceremonies for The International Children's Festival Gala, taking place September 11, 2008 at the Tysons Corner Hilton. Each year, the benefactors of the International Children's Festival gather together right before the event opens to the public, to catch a glimpse of the weekend's attractions and sample some of the cuisine from the countries of our international guests.

Christina Heimlich 'mikes' up!
Sept. 21, 2008 Mrs. Christina Heimlich is interviewed about the accomplishments of ninety years on earth. Mrs. Heimlich is the co-founder of the International Children's Festival which began only three years after the Wolf Trap Foundation was set up by Catherine Filene Shouse, in 1968. Ms. Shouse deeded all the land that is now The Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts. It is the only national park in the United States dedicated to the performing arts.
